  • Booking terms, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the property owner

  • Guests are encouraged to:

    • Confirm prices and availability

    • Ask questions before booking

    • Conduct due diligence before making payments

Reviews & User Content

  • Reviews reflect personal guest opinions

  • Fake, misleading, abusive, or promotional reviews are not allowed

  • We may moderate or remove content that violates platform rules

Fraud & Misuse Prevention

We do not tolerate:

  • Fake property listings

  • Misrepresentation or copied content

  • Scam activity or misleading contact details

Suspected violations may result in immediate removal from the listing and account suspension.

Data Privacy & Security

  • User and listing data are handled responsibly

  • Personal information is processed in accordance with the
    Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)

  • We do not sell user data to third parties
